The Duke Student Engineers' Wives Club was formed in 1949 for the wives of engineering students as a social organization. The collection includes a scrapbook, photograph album of the children of club members, and a few materials related to the operations of the club in the 1950s.

The collection includes a scrapbook consisting largely of photographs which document the activities of the Club between 1949-1956, a photograph album of members' and former members' children and birth announcements, and some documents related to the activities of the club in the 1950s. Documents include the club's constitution, copies of diplomas given to members upon their husbands' graduation celebrating the contributions of the wives' to their husbands' studies, and meeting minutes describing event planning and other matters.
