Scope and content:

Column of rock on top of a cliff face, with small figure crouched inside arch at bottom of column. Title derived from back. Printed on back: "Artistic Views of Colorado. Manitou Springs. Saratoga of the West…" followed by a chemical analysis of water in the various springs, and a description of the area and the resort, followed by: "Photographed and published by Mrs. A. Galbreaith, Manitou Springs, Colo." Wording is slightly varied from other views by the same photographer.

Biographical / historical:
