Scope and content:

Contains Bingham's correspondence and notes about family members and management at The Louisville Courier-Journal, minutes from board meetings, and memorandums concerning the running of The C-J for the period leading up to the sale of Bingham Enterprises. Also included are legal papers pertaining to books written about the sale of Bingham Enterprises, legal and financial papers concerning Bingham's divorce from Tim Peters, as well as miscellaneous files relating to Sallie Bingham's property and finances in the 1980s and 1990s. Arranged alphabetically.
