This album, bound in leather, contains 68 pages of telegrams congratulating George Bowers on his 1916 election to Congress as a representative for West Virginia. Two of the telegrams are from Theodore Roosevelt; one is substantive in nature. The album measures 18 1/2 x 30 cm.
