This series contains files collected and created by Wayne S. Smith as part of his work with Center for International Policy. The materials include subject and research files on Cuba and U.S. trade and social policy, as well as writings by Smith opposing the U.S. Cuba embargo and travel restrictions, and travel files from Smith's work escorting students and lawmakers to Cuba on diplomatic and cultural missions.
