Contains mostly publications and printed materials created by the Benton & Bowles Research Services and Public Relations. Some reports were distributed to clients or the general public; others were used primarily by company employees. The reports were based on research about consumer perspectives, economic conditions, or potential markets for particular products such as whiskey (1938) or frozen foods (1976). Potential markets in the new state of Alaska are described in a 1959 report. Lou Harris and Associates prepared a 1978 report about Benton & Bowles. See also oversize materials.
