Scope and content:

Diaries, memoirs, and journals that belonged to Angier Biddle Duke. Formats include handwritten volumes, handwritten sheets, typed drafts, audio transcripts, and audiocassettes (some of which are microcassettes; Angier's handheld dictation recorder can be found with them). A series of written and taped diaries titled the "Ambassador's Diary" are especially interesting for his candid reflections on his experiences.
