Scope and content:

Contains files related to Federico's work with the Art Directors Club from the 1950s through 1990s; industry publications, primarily in the field of graphic and typographic design; press clippings profiling Federico, his work, and employers/agencies; business correspondence; resumes and related documents outlining Federico's professional biography; files documenting Federico's role as a judge and recipient of industry awards and exhibits; writings within the fields of graphic design and advertising, by Federico and others; and limited office files for Lord Geller Federico Einstein. Of particular note is Federico's correspondence with artist/mentor Leon Friend, American design critic/journalist Steven Heller, and Martin Sorrell of the WPP Group. Series arranged alphabetically; correspondence arranged chronologically by year.
