Copies of Fisher's depositions, court transcripts, and supplemental research that he acquired in his role as a legal expert in a number of monopoly and antitrust cases, both as an independent scholar and as a partner of Charles River Associates. Some of the cases represented here had widespread impact on US antitrust law, including US v. IBM, Eastman Kodak v. Polaroid, and US v. Microsoft. Items occasionally note that they are confidential, but Fisher attested that they are open for research. Arranged alphabetically.
