Organizede into three subseries: Papers, Reports, and Reviews. Papers contains drafts, notes, and published versions of papers that Freeman delivered at conferences or wrote for various journals, edited volumes, and institutions. Reports contains assessments that he prepared for various state and federal agencies. Reviews primarily contains his published reviews of articles and books written by other economists.
