The Training Programs sub-series includes martial arts manuals created for SafeSkills Dojo. It also contains videocassettes related to the activities of the dojo, including training camps, open house demonstrations, children classes, demonstrations in festivals, Empowerment Course demos, SafeSkills summer camps, special events demonstrations, public demonstrations, graduations, tests, classes sessions, and self-defense seminars.
