Scope and content:

The History of SafeSkills Dojo sub-series includes materials related to the founding of the dojo (brochures, schedules, pamphlets, and photographs), press clippings about the SafeSkills dojo and the Triangle Women's Martial Arts, a 2016 archived version of the SafeSkills Dojo website, and materials that document workshops and Kathy Hopwood's work in the Triangle Area. It also includes the Triangle's Women Karate Association Newsletter, and the Triangle Women's Martial Arts Newsletter, both published for the two organizations that preceded SafeSkills Dojo: the Triangle Women's Karate Association, and Triangle Women's Martial Arts.
