- W. C. Lloyd was a photographer. Collection comprises a gelatin silver photograph taken during the trail at Fort Sam Houston following the Houston Riot of 1917 or Camp Logan riot. It shows 64 African-American members of the Army's 24th Infantry being court martialed for mutiny and the murder of 17 people during the riot. The photographer included description written onto the negative. The back is stamped with the Lloyd Photo Co. address.
