Scope and content:

This subseries consists of original copies of annual dinner programs, correspondence, copyright and incorporation records, trademark certificates, member lists, biographies, conference planning documents, committee and board of governors meeting minutes, reports, research, and agendas. Photographs of major political figures, such as Coretta Scott King and Colin Powell, as well as pictures from Board of Governors meetings and other events can be found here. Audiovisual and digital materials are housed in this subseries. Materials follow the original arrangement, which may be chronological and/or alphabetical. The records for the Public Affairs, Research, Finance, and Development committees are included here.
