This subseries consists of early writings, reports, and studies. The early writings relate to surveys and studies, funding initiatives, quarterly reports, and management training information. Reports and papers comprise the largest part of the series and pertain to various research and funding initiatives sponsored by the Joint Center. Topics include demographics, housing, employment, voting, leadership, education, and health.
