The subseries includes subject groups with files comprised of Joint Center published and unpublished essays, conference proceedings, studies, and research. Most topics in this subseries also contain printed materials, including pamphlets and brochures, that address policy issues. These materials did not have a discernible original order and have been arranged chronologically by topic.
