The Subject files series contains materials collected by JHFNC historian Leonard Rogoff that are primarily related to his research for various JHFNC projects and personal interests including "Down Home," "Migrations," Southern Jewish identity, North Carolina synagogues, temples, and congregations, and the history of the Durham-Chapel Hill Jewish community.

Arrangement:

The materials in this series are arranged into two subseries: North Carolina municipalities and Topical subject files.
