This series is arranged chronologically, with files for events having significant amounts of materials, and general files for each year with additional miscellaneous materials. Events files contain speech notes, logistics and travel information, reimbursement or stipends, programs and agendas for different conferences, JM's notes and correspondence about the event or participating speakers, and other souvenirs or collected items from the event or his trip there.
