The Personal Materials series includes Nick Meglin's personal papers and effects. Included are original artwork by Mort Drucker, Al Jaffee, Duck Edwing, Al Williamson, Nick Meglin, Angelo Torres, Bill Wray, Patrick Merrell, Jules Feiffer, Rube Goldberg, Ross Cochran, Bruce Stark, George Woodbridge, Sam Viviano, Antonio Prohías, C.F. Payne, and Maurice Sendak, among others. Also included are materials relating to Meglin's conversion to Judaism, an essay about his relationship with Puccini, an interview with Nick for the journal Studies in American Humor, photos of Nick as a Romance Magazine model in the early 1960s, material relating to Stuyvesant High School, Nick's alma matter, and Nick Meglin's obituary.
