The Other Projects sub-series includes the remainder of Meglin's professional materials. Included are a range of articles, essays, and profiles written by Meglin, appearing in venues such as the New York Times, INDY Week, Hot Valley Writers, Opera News, as well as a range of unpublished essays, television concepts, and plays. The sub-series also includes artwork that Meglin drew as an illustrator with the U.S. army, material for a book he wrote entitled On the Spot Drawing, and materials from a comic series entitled Children's Tales, written by Nick Meglin and illustrated by Frank Bolle. The sub-series includes materials from the National Cartoonist Society. It also includes material from a Pink Panther Cartoon which Nick Meglin wrote with his son Christopher Allen Meglin. Of interest are original sketches by Nick Meglin of 84 different composers and musicians for WCPE's monthly Program Guide, where Meglin worked as a volunteer from 2005-2010. Also of interest are Meglin's greeting card ideas which he sold to greeting card companies.
