Wang Laixiang (b. 1942) is a resident of Zhanggao Village, Heguan Town, Qingzhou City, Shandong Province. In this interview, Wang talks about the messy management of grain during the Great Leap Forward, the limited food supply during the Great Famine, and his experience of being criticized at the stuggle session because of his class status at the production team. The filmmaker's description of this interview has been translated into English.
王来祥(1942年生)是山东省青州市何官镇张高村村民。在这段口述中,王老人描述了大跃进时期粮食管理混乱、大饥荒时期粮食供给紧张的情况以及他在生产队里干活由于成分不好挨批斗的经历。
