Long Xinye (b. 1944) is a resident of Baiyunqiao Village, Baiyun Town, Shimen County, Hunan Province. In this interview, Long recounted in detail how he obtained more food in the people's commune canteen with counterfeit food coupons made by himself. The filmmaker's description of this interview has been translated into English.

龙心叶（1944年生）是湖南省石门县白云乡白云桥村村民。在这段口述中，龙老人详细讲述了自己用六两的饭票伪造一斤的饭票、去公社食堂多领饭的过程。
