Scope and content:

Tang Jiying (b.1941) is a resident of Shili village, Zoucheng City, Shandong Province. Tang talks about her experience at the communal canteen. There was not much food in the canteen, people were forced to eat all sorts of leaves. They put the leaves in water for some time then add a bit salt to eat. But no one starved to death.

唐计英（1941年生）是济宁市邹城市千泉街道办事处十里村村人。唐老人回忆了吃食堂的经历。食堂供应的食物极少。人们不得不吃各种叶子，用水浸泡后放了盐吃。但是村里没有人饿死。
