Contains Chile foreign policy documents that derive from Muñoz's work in the Lagos campaign and administration, and as ambassador to the Organization for American States (OAS), Brazil, and the United Nations (UN). Materials include correspondence, speeches, notes, clippings, articles, conference programs, copies of photographs, political lists, pamphlets, internal policy documents, communications with foreign governments, and travel itineraries. Some of Ricardo Lago's correspondence with foreign dignitaries is also included. Also contains a signed copy of the 1995 Itamaraty Peace Declaration, which fulfilled the 1942 Rio Protocol, and confidential correspondence regarding foreign policy and Pinochet's arrest in the U.K. Arranged chronologically.
