The Awards and Memorabilia Subseries houses publicity for insurance coverage and charitable giving, and awards and certificates for NCM employees, as well as awards received by NCM from external organizations. Includes a company award featuring a bronzed shoe belonging to C.C. Spaulding, and two copies of the Merrick-Moore Award. Also includes a 1943 Western Union telegram from then-governor of N.C. Broughton to C.C. Spaulding concerning the launching ceremony of the U.S.S. Merrick (box 90). The first box is arranged in two groups of folders, beginning with memorabilia (chiefly publicity and programs), and then awards.
