Served as President of NC Mutual from 1952-1958. Much of the contents of this subseries comprises the materials that Kennedy, Jr. used to document the history of North Carolina Mutual, as well as the wide variety of historical sketches he produced. Other material in this subseries relates to general company business from his tenure at NCM both as the Corporate Secretary and as President, including a letter of support for Pauli Murray's admission to the New York State Bar Association in 1948. Additionally, there is material relating to his tenure as the President of the Bankers Fire and Casualty Insurance Company.
