Material that is more personal than professional, such as Nerlove's coursework while enrolled at the University of Chicago and Johns Hopkins University and writings from his father S. H. (Samuel Henry) Nerlove. Marc was taught by leading first and second-generation figures in the Chicago school of economic thought like Theodore Schultz and Milton Friedman, and S. H. was himself a business economist at Chicago. Organized into three subseries: Coursework, Samuel H. Nerlove, and Other Documents, Photos, and Electronic Records.
