Scope and content:

Course material from Nerlove's time enrolled at the University of Chicago (1949-1952) and Johns Hopkins University (1952-1956), where his instructors included Carl Christ, Milton Friedman, Theodore Schultz, Ta-Chung Liu, Fritz Machlup, and Jacob Marschak. Includes syllabi/outlines/reading lists, lecture notes, exams, and one textbook in two volumes. Arranged alphabetically. His course material as an instructor is in the Teaching subseries, and some of his earliest writings published while he was still enrolled are in the Articles, Book Chapters, and Other Writings subseries.
