Scope and content:

Nerlove's correspondence, which is mainly professional in nature and with other economists, especially Kenneth Arrow, José Carvalho, Zvi Griliches, Ta-Chung Liu, Theodore Schultz, and Lester Telser. Organized into two subseries: Alphabetical and Chronological. This preserves Nerlove's division between the two, with Alphabetical consisting of family members, coworkers and professional colleagues, university secretaries and administrators, publishers, and at least one politician.
