Notes and Reviews, 1952-2007
- Scope and content:
-
Created to reduce the amount of files in Articles, Book Chapters, and Other Writings, this subseries mirrors a corresponding section of Nerlove's CV. Unlike referee reports, these reviews were published, and are most commonly of a recently published book. "Notes" here includes "discussions" and "replies," which are short articles on a specific topic or in response to someone; they are not his notes as a student or research notes, which are in the Coursework and Research and Notes subseries, respectively. Includes drafts (annotated by Nerlove), printed and bound issues that he owned, reprints, and correspondence. Arranged alphabetically by last name of lead author of reviewed work or title of note.
