The series for three of these four film projects begin with audiovisual media, comprising original analog components (restricted access) as well as digital derivatives and access copies. The papers associated with the film projects are typically small in quantity, containing documentation on finances, production, publicity, screenings, and film sales and rentals. The series for the film Conversations with Willard Van Dyke contains only digital elements for the film.
Sales and rental invoices are filed with each film project when present, and document the wide variety of entities - women's groups, public libraries, colleges and universities, women's health and mental wellness clinics, and corporate organizations - who requested copies of Rothschild's films over the years.
