Scope and content:

Series contains certificates, travel documents, clippings, and various personal writings. Of particular interest is a piece by Rosa Parrish in which she details her impressions of Japan and Japanese culture, as well as fragments, presumably by Mrs. Parrish as well, that discuss the role of women and the advancement of their rights in government and society.
