Patinkin's historical interests are the basis of the Keynes and the History of Monetary Theory series. The Manuscripts and Notes subseries includes early drafts of his Anticipations of the General Theory, and his entries on Keynes and Walras' Law for the New Palgrave Dictionary of Economics. The Course Material subseries includes coursepacks for the "History of Monetary Theory" seminar that he taught at Hebrew University, and which he viewed as essential for students in understanding the "Monetary Economics" seminar. The Raw Material subseries includes photocopied lecture notes, from a few different sources, on courses offered by Keynes and others at Cambridge in the early 1930s.
