One plastic toothpick case in green and white. Green pointed end turns to open the case which holds 4 wooden toothpicks. Case is shaped like a short pen. Green paint is worn out; some smudges on white plastic. The body of the case carries text in red and green: "Acme Glass and Mirror Company. You break 'em-We fix 'em, Don't cuss- Call us, Phone 37112, 415 12th St. N. E. Canton, O."
