One metal case which includes a No. 4 A gas mask, green canister, Acme No-Fog tube, 2 booklets of ammonia test paper and a notice tag. Red painted case is quite rusty and scratched, leather on handle is torn, and paper label on lid of kit is very faded. Stapled on inside cover is a sheet of printed instructions for use and care. Sheet is stained and dirty. Booklets and tag are stained and dirty as well. No-Fog tube shows evidence of use; paint on tube is cracking. Gas mask no. is CM-677.
