One white glass tumbler cover & dose indicator. Face of the cover shows a clock with the words "Take next dose at..." A black metal clip meant to hold the spoon is attached to the rim of the glass cover. It also serves as a reminder of the next dosage. On the reverse of the glass cover: Sharon Manufacturing Company, Phila, Penn., Patented Nov 17th, 1896. Comes in its original box, badly stained, torn, and taped. Includes paper instruction pamphlet.
