Concerns matters of defense appropriations and related legislation and initiatives. There are multiple Appropriations Committee Reports accompanying Defense Appropriations bills. Correspondents include North Carolina State University; Duke University; the University of North Carolina; and the Arms Control and Foreign Policy Caucus, which distributed "Special Alerts" on defense-related issues.
