Two pages from a scrapbook include military orders and various camp bulletins from Evacuation Hospital Number One, Sebastopol Barracks, Toul (from Colonel Gorman); a note from Reed ordering a subscription to Stars and Stripes for his parents; and a special bulletin, October, 1918, reporting that the German government will agree to an armistice as proposed by President Wilson.
