The 36 pamphlets in this section were published by official government agencies and NGOs. Some pamphlets articulate arguments by Indian nationalists, mostly Hindus, making a case for Kashmir to stay in India. Other topics include the historical background on Pakistani aggression in Kashmir, the viewpoints of various political parties, the issue of autonomy, and the policies of the Government of Jammu and Kashmir.
