Scope and content:

The subjects of these unidentified negatives found loose or in unlabeled envelopes, are similar to negatives in other series, and are related to A.S. Pearse's major expeditions. There are also a few photographs of A.S. Pearse taken on the Duke University campus, including one of a small group of men and women on the steps of Duke Chapel. A few have captions, such as "Fort Fisher, 1933." One original envelope is also present with a few notes but without an identified location.

Original nitrate negatives were digitized and deaccessioned in May 2025. Digital access copies are available.
