The Duke Coffeehouse Records include log books of accounts and shows, tally sheets for cash registers, flyers for the Brickside Music Festival, stickers, and other materials related to the business of the Coffeehouse from the mid-1980s and the 2000s. Materials are arranged chronologically.

Biographical / historical:

The Duke Coffeehouse is a student-run coffee shop and performance venue located on East Campus near Wilson Dorm. The Coffeehouse opened in 1967.

The Duke Coffeehouse is open every evening during the academic year, and offers both study space and "a live venue for local and touring musicians, plays, open mics, and the occasional drag show."
