Materials in this series related to specific works published by Duke Press and contain information related to the editorial process. Materials were not processed by University Archives staff, and this inventory was provided by the Duke University Press in 2016-2018. There is likely significant overlap between this series and the Editorial Advisory Board, Author Files, and Marketing Files series.

For a period of twenty-five years from the origin of the material, permission in writing from the office of origin and the University Archivist is required for use. After twenty-five years, records that have been processed may be consulted with the permission of the University Archivist.
