Rhythm & Blue, Duke's oldest co-ed a cappella group, was founded 1992. The group has performed for audiences on Duke's campus, locally in Durham, and in competitions. Rhythm & Blue has recorded and released albums in addition to having been featured on compilation albums. The group has also received awards and nominations for its performances and albums.

- The Rhythm Blue records were received by the David M. Rubenstein Rare Book Manuscript Library as a transfer from Candice Brown in 2019.
