Duke SHAPE, or Duke Sexual Harassment & Assault Prevention & Education, is a student-run advocacy group at Duke University. Biographical / historical:

Duke SHAPE, or Duke Sexual Harassment & Assault Prevention & Education, is a student-run advocacy group at Duke University. Formed in 2020, SHAPE's mission is to remove the culture of sexual assault and harassment from the Duke community through education, prevention, and response efforts. Duke SHAPE began as an event week on campus to spread awareness about sexual violence prevention. By the fall of 2020, SHAPE had grown into a team of students working to build connections with Duke University's administration, Greek life organizations, Duke Athletics, and peer institutions. SHAPE was recognized as an official Duke student group in 2021. The group partners with other organizations to offer training and resources. SHAPE engages in outreach activities such as First-Year Outreach (FYO), community organizing and fundraising, and the SHAPE Reps program. SHAPE is made up of project teams: Athletics, Greek Life, Team Development (formerly Group Education), Marketing, and Outreach. The group hosts SHAPE Week every year in April for Sexual Assault Awareness Month.

The Duke SHAPE records were received by the University Archives as a gift from Jack Regan in 2025.
