Collection contains handbooks, annual strategic plans, human recources manuals, landscape plans, and maps. Also includes material related to hiring and recrutiment, salary equity, internal audits, and the International HR committee.
- Biographical / historical:

The Vice President for Administration reports to the Office of the Executive Vice President. Kyle Cavanaugh was hired in 2009 as Duke's Vice President of Human Resources. Once the responsibilities of that position grew to encompass disability management, police and security, and parking and transportation services, the Vice President of Human Resources was retitled Vice President for Administration. The VP for Administration was also responsible for emergency management and communication services, and in 2020, Cavanaugh's role expanded to include leading Duke's COVID-19 management strategy. Cavanaugh served as Vice President for Administration from 2010 to 2022.
