Vincent Iacopino, male, age 60, is the senior medical advisor to Physicians for Human Rights, and the principle organizer behind the U.N. Istanbul Protocol, which provides guidelines on effective torture investigation and documentation. He has also testified in a number of Guantanamo detainee hearings.
