Scope and content:

Contains memos, grants and proposals, project papers, drafts and book chapters, reports and articles, financial documents, clippings, reprints, organizational papers, FOIA documents, correspondence, and other assorted materials related to the Drugs, Democracy, and Human Rights Project (DDHR). The DDHR was directed by Coletta Youngers and Eileen Rosin, and whose files are inclu;ded here. Many of the drafts and book chapters were written for an edited volume produced as part of the project, Drugs and Democracy in Latin America: US Policy.
