This series contains comics from a collection organized by Bill Fick (Duke University), John Schulz (formerly at Tufts/School of the Museum of Fine Arts Boston), Joe Lupo (West Virginia University) and Amze Emmons (Tyler School of Art). Each organizer chose another three artists to bring the total participants in the collection to 16. The rules for the portfolio were simply that the comic needed to fit into a bag provided by the organizers. The term comic could be very loosely interpreted, with many submissions being more like zines. They are arranged alphabetically by author.
