Biographical / historical:

Zanol Products Company was a direct-to-consumer firm selling a wide range of products through a network of sales agents. Its headquarters were in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Albert Mihalovitch (later Albert Mills) and his brothers formed the Mihalovitch Brothers Company in Cincinnati in 1970, selling primarily perfumes and cosmetics door-to-door. The company later changed its name to American Products Company and sold products under the Zanol and other brand names. The range of products expanded to include pesticides, cleaners and other household goods; prepared foods, condiments and spices; in addition to cosmetics and health products. According to opencorporates.com, the company dissolved in 1937.
