The Victoria Ortiz Papers span the years 1923 to 1999, with the majority of the papers dating from 1960 to 1990. The main collection (2003-0204) comprises materials separated from the Bobbye S. Ortiz Papers and consists of one series; the accession number 2003-0204 was assigned to this grouping. Viki Ortiz's political and intellectual interests can be gleaned from the topics in the Victoria Ortiz Subject Files Series, which has been divided into seven subseries to facilitate its use.     An extensive series of publications, articles, speeches, writings (some by Viki Ortiz), and memorabilia related to the Cuban political and cultural scene primarily of the sixties and seventies. Also includes several maps of Cuba, Photographs, and materials related to Viki's 1963 trip to Cuba as part of a United States student group. Organized alphabetically by topic.

    The J. Walter Thompson Company, Advertising and Marketing Intelligence Database Records date from 1977 to 1983, with some undated material. The collection contains information on the development and early years of the Advertising and Marketing Intelligence (AMI) database, successor to the Issues Monitoring System (1970s) produced by the New York Times (NYT) Information Bank and the White House; a JWT/NYT advertising and marketing news database (1979) drawn from over 60 major business publications; and AD/KIT, or "Advertising Key Information Tracking System." Available by subscription and via telnet, AMI began in 1980 and tracked news items according to an advertising keyword index. The collection details the conception, announcement, and initial years of operation of AMI with financial data, marketing and management information, marketing research, and slide presentation scripts. Acquired as part of the John W. Hartman Center for Sales, Advertising, and Marketing History.

Levy (1906-1981) served as a professor and dean of students at Hunter College, dean and vice-chancellor of the City University of New York, professor of the humanities at Fordham University, and visiting professor of classical studies at Duke University. Levy wrote several books and numerous articles; he specialized in the Roman poet Claudian, and authored major works on Ovid and Lucian. Papers include correspondence, subject files, articles, and reprints written and collected by Harry L.                 McFadden Family papers, 1921-2002

                William Allen McFadden (1904-1991), Methodist minister from Indiana, graduate of DePauw, Boston University School of Theology, and Union Seminary in New York. He was a lifelong pacifist and social justice worker. His wife was Glenora English McFadden (1910-2001) and her mother was Estella Graves English (1885-1960). The McFaddens had three children: Margaret McFadden (whose papers are also housed in the Sallie Bingham Center for Women's History and Culture), Edith Collins, and David McFadden. This collection consists of numerous accessions containing correspondence, audiocassettes, diaries, photographs, yearbooks, printed materials, newspaper clippings, and other miscellaneous materials, largely produced by William and Glenora McFadden during their courtship and marriage, 1921-1991. Also included is correspondence from Glenora McFadden's mother, Estella Graves English, and correspondence from Margaret McFadden, the McFaddens' daughter.
